Unless they're dead, old dogs CAN learn new tricks
Actually, I am not too sure about dogs, but I do know that people can change, if they want to. Nothing is impossible and one should never use an excuse to account for ignorance.
For eighteen years I have watched my beautiful baby mature into a stunning young lady. This year she will branch off into the world and achieve a dream I have wished for...going to college. I'm not very good at lectures, and I always thought life was something that had to be learned by living. That doesn't mean I've been a silent observer, either, I just don't think my little "nuggets of knowledge" are appreciated right now. So this blog is meant to share what has taken me 40 years to learn...that sometimes your parents do know more than you do.
