Just because an animal is cute, doesn't mean you can't eat it. I don't have anything against vegetarians...well...sort of, but making a decision to not try something because Disney made it into a cartoon is a bit foolish.
For eighteen years I have watched my beautiful baby mature into a stunning young lady. This year she will branch off into the world and achieve a dream I have wished for...going to college. I'm not very good at lectures, and I always thought life was something that had to be learned by living. That doesn't mean I've been a silent observer, either, I just don't think my little "nuggets of knowledge" are appreciated right now. So this blog is meant to share what has taken me 40 years to learn...that sometimes your parents do know more than you do.
